An explainer video produced for Mazzola Lindstrom LLP to give their clients an understanding on how they can execute debt reclamation on their behalf. This video shows a typical day at the law firm and how they go about the various task set forth to collect for their clients. For this video, it was important to the client that we included their staff in the video. This made filming the scenes with their staff more authentic and truthful to how they would execute these debt reclamation processes. This video was also shot on location at their offices in Midtown Manhattan.

We were tasked to capture a testimonial featuring Andrew Lydecker, President of Avant, highlighting the benefits that Telehouse provides to his business’ demands. Filmed in 1 day we needed to be strategic in what we capture and unobtrusive as to not interrupt the days workflow. When working with real people and not hired talent, there’s a fine balance of too much and too little. We always consider this in our pre-production as it can be overwhelming for most people who have not had proper media training. However, including real people always helps the audience connect with the humanity of the companies they are doing business with. Now more than ever, human relationships are important.
